Maundy Thursday, April 18

5:30 pm Children’s Worship Service with the Saint Nicholas and the Saint Cecelia Choirs in the Anderson Youth & Community Center
6:00 pm Maundy Thursday Community Supper with Prayers in the Parish Hall
7:00 pm Maundy Thursday Liturgy in the Church with Choir, Foot Washing and Stripping of the Altar

Good Friday, April 19

6:00 am Chapel and Church open for prayer
7:00 am Way of the Cross in the Church
10:00 am11:00 am Stations of the Cross for Children in the Anderson Youth & Community Center
10:45 am Community Procession of the Cross Beginning at First Congregational Church, 14 Brookside Road, Darien and ending at Saint Luke’s for the Ecumenical Service.
12:00 pm-3:00 pm Community Ecumenical Service
Worshippers may come and go as they wish during the three hours.

The Great Vigil of Easter, April 20

3:30 pm Easter Service for Children followed by an Easter Egg Hunt.  Families are encouraged to bring Easter baskets for their children.
8:00 pm The 2019 Great Easter Vigil (beginning on the front lawn)
The Great Vigil of Easter begins with the New Fire and leads into the supreme celebration of the resurrection complete with choirs, bells (bring one) at the breaking out of the first Alleluia, and the transformation of the altar from the bareness of the tomb to the eye-popping splendor of the resurrection. 
After a liturgy like that we’re ready for a party—The Easter Feast.  Join us for this festive reception celebrating our Easter Joy.  You’re invited to bring a finger food-Sweet or Savory. 

Easter Day, April 21

7:45 am Holy Eucharist and Hymns in the Church
   This service features organ, brass, timpani and hymns for a full experience of Easter Joy.
*9:15 am Festival Holy Eucharist, Full Choir and Brass in the Church
    Featuring choir, organ, brass, and timpani.
9:15 am Family Holy Eucharist with Organ and Hymns in the Chapel
    This is a quieter service in the Chapel.
9:15 am Come As You Are Eucharist in the Anderson Youth & Community Center
     Family Service with contemporary liturgy and music. 
11:15 am Festival Holy Eucharist, Full Choir and Brass in the Church
     (identical to 9:15 Holy Eucharist)
NOTE: Childcare available 7:30 am – 12:30 pm
*Because this service is crowded, people come early to be assured of a seat.

Please note that you are allowed to save only one seat for the driver of your car.
