Meeting of MIND AND SPIRIT

Every Tuesday morning from 9:30 -11:00AM in the Taylor Room, mothers of all ages meet to share wisdom, laughter and fellowship as we discuss the joys and challenges of being a mom. All are welcome! Babysitting is available; please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

SENIORS THINKING

Join us on the first Thursday of each month, October-May from 2:00 to 3:30PM, in the Anderson Youth & Community Center. We come together for inspirational presentations followed by discussion in order to connect, celebrate, question and share our journeys.

MEDITATION GROUP

The Meditation Group meets weekly for a brief reading, a chant and 20 minutes of silent meditation. All are welcome. No experience is needed – only the willingness to sit in silence for 20 minutes! We also offer individual instruction or help, so just contact us to arrange a time that works for you.
