New this year, we’re excited to offer a 4-week training program to help you prepare for race day. The training kicks off on Sunday, October 6th at 11:15am. Meet us in the Saint Luke’s parking lot, and get ready to train with fellow runners!
Here’s the schedule:

Sunday, October 6th: Warm-ups, followed by a 1-mile loop (the first part of the 5K course). Stay after to stretch, or run extra loops if you feel up for it! (Route)

Sunday, October 13th: Practice the race start, find your pace, and finish strong! We’ll run 1.25 miles, followed by stretching. (Route)

Sunday, October 20th: It’s hill day! Jog 2.75 miles and take on “The Hill” on Pear Tree Point Road. (Route)

Sunday, October 27th: Final prep for Race Day—run the full 5K course at your own pace! (Route)
