Adult spiritual ministries
We have many offerings throughout the week, including The Forum, an adult education hour at 11:15AM on Zoom, Sundays during the program year. Speakers and small groups provide opportunities to cultivate your faith through community and discussion. No matter where you are on your faith journey, Saint Luke’s meets you there.
At Saint Luke’s, we believe that young people aren’t just the future of the church, they are the present church. We hope that our youth will get involved in all aspects of church life from reading in church to serving meals at Community Supper to participating in summer service trips.
Our main goal as a youth group is to create a space where young people can come and not feel the pressure of their busy lives, all the while learning, serving, and worshipping together. For young people in grades 6-8, we offer a twice monthly confirmation program. For young people in grades 9-12, we offer monthly Global Philanthropy Leaders meetings (a program that uses micro-lending to learn about and work with people in majority world countries).
Saint Luke’s has a rich history of nourishing children and we aim to create an environment of learning, wonder and opportunity to help each child build a spiritual foundation and grow in faith.
During COVID-19 when we are able to offer 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Sunday in-person worship, children ages birth – 36 months are welcome to go to the Nursery and children ages 3 and up are welcome to attend Godly Play. Our website’s Church at Home page features a weekly age appropriate lectionary based lesson, reflection and coloring page. Prayer service videos are also available.
