This Fall, we hope you’ll explore with us the many answers to the question “Why Church?”

In a hyper-individualistic, spiritual-but-not-religious age, why be part of a Christian community?

When our lives are so busy and over-scheduled, why prioritize weekly worship and daily prayer?

When it can be tempting to associate only with like-minded people, why join such a big, diverse, sometimes messy family?

When everything in our culture valorizes strength and success, why admit our need for God, our dependence on one another, and our solidarity with the poor?

We are looking forward to exploring these questions and our own answers to ‘Why Church?” with you this Fall!

Share YOUR Why!

We all have our own reasons to be part of a Christian community – we’re here for the inspiration, for the people, for the community, and a myriad of other reasons… and we’d love to know yours!

Click here to download an 8.5″ x 11″ paper and print it out – then write in your “why”, take a photo of you holding the paper, and upload it here to share it with our parish, on our website, in our eNews & Tidings flyer on Sunday, and on social media. We can’t wait to share your ‘why’ with others who may be inspired by your faith and your reasons for ‘why Church?”!
