Make an Online Gift

Online giving is a simple, straightforward, and easy way to support the mission and ministry of Saint Luke’s.

Your gifts are tax-deductible. Saint Luke’s is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a Federal Tax ID# 06-0662180. All donations to Saint Luke’s, aside from tickets or registration fees for events, are fully tax-deductible.

Mail a Check

Send your check payable to:

Saint Luke’s Parish
1864 Post Rd.
Darien, CT 06820

Checks may also be placed in the offering plates at worship services.

Set up a Recurring Gift

Setting up an online recurring gift helps spread out your gifts across a number of weeks or months. Many parishioners find this a useful way to fulfill their annual pledge over the course of the year.

Make your online gift and select Recurring Gift.

Choose to start your automatic recurring donation immediately, or on a specific date in the future. Gifts can be made weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Select the number of recurring donations to be made, set an end date, or set up your payments with no end date.

You can always make a change of the amount, date, or end date by contacting Ron Wilson, Director of Finance & Operations, at [email protected] or 203-655-1456.

A DAF is similar to a charitable investment account and is directed by you for the purpose of supporting nonprofit organizations that you care about, including Saint Luke’s and beyond. When donating cash, securities, or other non-publicly traded assets such as private business interests, cryptocurrency, and private company stock to a DAF, you are generally eligible to take an immediate tax deduction in the year of your contribution. Those funds can then be invested for tax-free growth and you can recommend gifts at any time. In most cases, you can give your children or other family members privileges to carry on your philanthropy and instill philanthropic values among your family.

Need help directing your DAF gift to Saint Luke’s? Give us a call at 203-655-1456, or email [email protected]. Please note that gifts from your DAF take some time to arrive.

Qualified Charitable Distributions

You may direct an otherwise taxable distribution from your IRA (age 70½ or over), paid directly from your IRA to Saint Luke’s. Checks from your IRA can be mailed directly to:
