Holy Week Vigil: An overnight Spiritual Retreat

Did you know it’s custom to keep watch, or hold a vigil, during the hours from Maundy Thursday to Good Friday? Come celebrate Holy Week and Easter with an overnight “lock-in” style retreat for all 6th-12th graders. We will pray, play, eat, keep watch, and prepare our hearts for the joy of Christ’s resurrection. It will be a fun and faith-filled night! We will begin with the Maundy Thursday Service at 7pm and conclude with our Ecumenical Cross Walk through Darien on Friday morning beginning at 9:30am. Students should eat dinner before arriving as we will have snacks and food throughout the night, and breakfast in the morning. If your child cannot join for Maundy Thursday service, we would still love to have them and they can arrive beginning at 8:15PM.
